Tobin is naturally drawn to geometry. Her work is not experienced in a single glance, but neither does it require interpretation to respond to it. This mosaic purposefully evolves and changes as the viewer observes it. The progression in the piece is seen in the variety of color and surface texture you experience as you walk past the building, allowing you to experience different elements each time you pass by.
