These two solid limestone benches are eight feet long and each weigh 3,000 pounds. Engraved text in the benches display the brand of the legendary Four Sixes Ranch and the name of founder Samuel “Burk” Burnett and Anne Burnett Windfohr Marion, Burk’s great-granddaughter and the ranch’s current owner. This legendary ranch is headquartered near Guthrie, Texas and comprises a large part of the story of ranching told at the National Ranching Heritage Center.
